Sparrows Roost is our newly converted, 2 bedroom, ground floor dog friendly property. It has been designed to be more accessibility friendly with parking beside it, a ramp onto the patio with access into both the kitchen and bedroom through two large patio French doors.

The games room is above Sparrows Roost, and despite soundproofing with insulation and Sound boarding in the ceiling of Sparrows Roost, you can hear some muffled sound/creaking floorboards when there are people in there between 11am and 8pm.
Sparrows Roost car parking area has been fenced so that it is enclosed from the games room, fields and road.
