TREMENHEERE SCULPTURE GARDENS

Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens are a highly recommended visit, to meander through the woods with rare plants and trees, taking in the prestigious RHS Chelsea Gold medal winning designs and sculptures. It is nestled on a South facing slope overlooking Mounts Bay and St Michaels Mount and is only 8 miles from us, near Penzance. It is also home to the Newlyn Art Gallery’s second site, which holds regular exhibitions. The onsite cafe/restaurant is also highly recommended for its delicious lunches and cakes.

Just over 4 miles away is Paradise Park and Jungle barn, which is great for families with younger children, especially if the weather is dull. The Wildlife sanctuary with indoor play centre offers free flying displays in the Summer, feeding the little parrots, and close encounters with Penguin photocalls.
