It’s home to a wide range of works from local artists, archaeology and pieces of social history. Exhibitions vary throughout the year. There are regular family activities and trails included in the entry price and there is the bright Orangery Cafe which serves homemade cakes and light lunches.
Dogs are welcome on leads within the park and on the terrace outside the cafe, but dogs are not allowed inside the building.
