Museum of Cornish Life

In the centre of Helston, the Museum of Cornish Life is a free museum which explores Cornish culture in the 19th and 20th century. Housed in the imposing former Market House and Drill Hall, the Museum is filled to the brim with treasures from Cornwall’s past.

There is a small area for under 5s to play and dress up as well as a cafe, toilets and gift shop.

The museum is dog friendly which makes it a great option for a rainy day. Helston is a small market town a 15 minute drive away from the Woodland Collection. There are pay and display car parks in the town centre near the museum.
