We want to make it as easy as possible to book your dog friendly holiday in Cornwall. This guide should tell you all you need to reserve your slice of Cornish countryside for you and your dogs.
The inside of Oak, Holly, Beech and Sycamore can be seen in the 3D tour. These four cottages are finished to the same high spec with identical layouts inside.

Checking Availability
Our booking calender shows live availability and prices for all of our properties. On the calender, use the dropdown at the top to select the month and scroll left or right to find the date you require. Squares/Dates that are green are available to book and red are fully booked already. In the Summer Months, bookings are in weekly slots from Saturday to Saturday. This is to ensure full occupancy which allows us to offer competitive pricing. This usually happens from May – September. We find this period books up quickly as the wild flower meadows are in full flower around then too.
Out of season we allow shorter breaks of 3 days or more. This can be such a lovely time to visit Cornwall, for a quieter break with deserted beaches, space to park and plenty to explore. We have put together some guides on visiting Cornwall with your dog during this time: What to do with your dog in Cornwall when it’s wet.
Bookings open at least a year in advance and are on a first come, first serve basis. We often get booked up well in advance, so please take this into consideration if you want a particular date or want to book multiple cottages as a group. The gardens between Oak/Holly which are a pair and Beech/Sycamore can be opened up, to make a larger shared space for outdoor dining for families or groups of friends with their dogs.

Cancellation & Refund policy:
Cancellation Terms and Conditions In the event of a cancellation the hirer must advise us immediately, whereupon we will, without prejudice to our right to the balance in full, use our best endeavours to re-let. If we can re-let, we will return your deposit less any expenses incurred for advertising, office costs, etc., and less any shortfalls in discounted list price. Until such time as a vacancy has been re-let the hirer is responsible for making any further payments by the due dates. Failure to do so may mean that the hirer forfeits any refund if the cottage is re-let. If we cannot re-let, all payments including the balance (less V.A.T. under current regulations) are still payable by the due date(s). It is unlikely that a refund can be made for a late cancellation. In the event it becomes against the law to travel, eg a lock down, refunds or a holiday reschedule can be arranged with the guests. The owners reserve the right to cancel a break with a full refund given and will endeavour to give as much notice as possible in the unlikely event that this happens.
From time to time we get cancellations. We offer these on a first come, first serve basis on our facebook page. Make sure to follow us if you want to be kept up to date about what’s happening on the farm.
